No Return Policy
We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns on any clothing items purchased. All sales are final.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Due to our no return policy, we cannot accept returns on any clothing items. If you have any concerns about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing to ensure it meets your expectations.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. If you need a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days as required by EU law. However, this right does not apply to personalized or custom clothing items. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.
Refunds
As all sales are final, we do not offer refunds unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
